Named in honor of New Orleans music legend Allen Toussaint, our restaurant carries the hotel’s music-inspired spirit into every gathering—from lunch downtown to drinks before a show.

Music connects Toussaint to Renaissance Saint Elm. Named for the influential New Orleans pianist, songwriter, arranger and producer, the restaurant shares a musical identity that continues upstairs, where every hotel guestroom has a record player. Guests can check out records through the “records and reserve” program at the front desk.
